- Experience: Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with real estate platforms such as Skyslope, Realm, Brokerbay, and Followup Boss is an asset.
- Attention to Detail: Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in social media management and marketing.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with real estate software tools and platforms.
- Creativity: Ability to create engaging content and design promotional materials.
- Availability: Must be available for work on Thursdays and occasionally on weekends, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
- Driver's License/Vehicle
