Our team is seeking a highly motivated and talented Researcher to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:As a Researcher, you will be responsible for developing new ideas and contributing to the synthesis of novel AI4Net solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing new ideas and contributing to the synthesis of novel AI4Net solutions.
- Keeping track of the latest progresses in AI/ML areas, especially efficient training, pruning, knowledge distillation.
- Designing, implementing, and integrating models and algorithms.
- Performing experiments and evaluating, analyzing, and driving insights from experiments.
- Contributing to the proposal of high-impact intellectual properties and publishing research papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences.
- A Ph.D. or a Master in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience and excellent knowledge with at least one deep learning architecture (e.g., Transformer, CNNs, RNNs, AEs).
- Strong coding skills in one of the popular programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java).
- Experience with AI/ML coding tools (e.g., Pytorch or Tensorflow).
- Project experience on efficient AI models, training, and inference (pruning, knowledge distillation, quantization, etc.).
- Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences are highly valued.
- Good communication skills, willingness to collaborate, and self-motivation.
