About the Role
Cushman Wakefield Multifamily seeks a highly skilled Bilingual Research Analyst to support the development of local research output and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Data Analysis - Gather, analyze, and interpret real estate trends and information for business development opportunities, client support, and internal analysis.
- Research Output - Compile and distribute research in the form of narratives, graphics, data summaries, etc. for internal teams.
- Database Management - Develop and maintain a proprietary commercial real estate database ensuring consistently accurate and current data.
- Collaboration - Interface with national research resources to produce standardized market reports and customized client research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an industry-related field of study
- 1+ years of real estate research or related business experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel
- Bilingual in French and English
