Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Design and implement training programs and innovative sales techniques to drive team performance
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with organizational goals
- Analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize sales tactics
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team environment that motivates employees and drives results
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and provide guidance to the team and clients on the best use of these programs
- 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in the financial services or fintech sectors
- Prior call center experience is a strong asset
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Experience successfully leading a team of managers (i.e. 50+ people between direct and indirect reports)
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
