About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Manager to join our team at Spring Financial Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve exceptional sales performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Design and implement training programs and innovative sales techniques to drive team performance
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize sales tactics
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team environment that motivates employees and drives results
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and provide guidance to the team and clients on the best use of these programs
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in the financial services or fintech sectors
  • Prior call center experience is a strong asset
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
  • Experience successfully leading a team of managers (i.e. 50+ people between direct and indirect reports)
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
