Job DescriptionThe Global Procurement Excellence Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing initiatives and projects to improve governance, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of business processes, tools, and resources.
- Identifying potential improvement opportunities in the source-to-contract process.
- Managing and reporting savings KPIs to ensure target year-over-year achievement.
- Leading the implementation of projects, collaborating with business stakeholders and category managers.
- Developing and deploying procurement systems at the corporate level.
- Designing and monitoring key KPIs, such as number of active suppliers.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports from SAP/ARIBA and summarizing in presentation format.
- Supporting supplier relationship management (SRM) program in close relationship with category managers.
- Demonstrating behaviors that exhibit organizational values: collaboration, courage, perseverance, and passion.
- Ensuring personal adherence with all compliance programs.
- University degree or equivalent business experience in business and/or science, information systems, and/or procurement/supply chain/operations discipline-related field.
- MBA and/or ISM CPSM certification or training would be an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in managing, influencing, and coordinating complex projects and activities and stakeholder interaction.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Knowledge of and experience with the MS-Office suite of products, with particular emphasis on MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-Project (or other PM software).
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and other enterprise procurement systems, e-Sourcing, and contract management tools required.
