We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of ICT Services to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the planning and coordination of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of ICT strategies to support the delivery of health-care services.
- Manage a provincially-focused team with a culture of client service to provide ICT services for the public health-care system.
- Take a primary role in a key area of ICT services: access, hosting, workplace services, to support Manitoba's Clinical and Preventive Services Plan.
- Report to the Executive Director ICT Services and have direct authority and accountability for client satisfaction, budget management, and operational policy development.
- Lead organizational change, ensure ongoing maintenance of technologies and related equipment, and support and manage vendor contracts.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in ICT services and a deep understanding of the health-care system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
