Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrator, Mailroom to process incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and data entry functions in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Process incoming mail and courier, including receiving, opening, sorting, and delivering
  • Process outgoing mail, courier, and trackable shipments, including creating labels and tracking packages
  • Weigh mail and calculate correct postage
  • Operate standard small operations equipment, including postage meters, folders, and automatic letter openers
  • Update daily report logs and work with internal departments and external vendors
  • Research tracking inquiries and process incoming faxes
  • Assist with month-end client billing and vendor invoice processing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of administrative or mailroom experience
  • Good written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak volumes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Canadian Securities Course
