While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Previous Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
