We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team, responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests and customers in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be able to work flexible hours, and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks;
  • Assist in the planning and presentation of the bar menu;
  • Check identification of guests when in doubt, to ensure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products;
  • Arrange the bar area to make attractive displays;
  • Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations;
  • Possess the ability to sell or influence others by up-selling and suggestive selling;
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests;
  • Maintain liquor inventory and consumption;
  • Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts;
  • Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies;
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
