State & Main Bartender Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at State & Main. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to specification, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for our guests.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the cooler, back-bar, and garnishes.
  • Ensure beer dispensing equipment is in optimal condition and perform closing duties as required.
  • Take the time to learn and memorize new menu items and procedures, and effectively communicate them to guests.
  • Proactively assist front-of-house employees with table maintenance, running food, and taking payments.
  • Continuously ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and happy with their experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of front-of-house restaurant experience, preferably in a bartending role.
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
