Seeking experienced administrative assistant to provide support to the Crisis Response Centre team in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Shared Health is a provincial health authority that leads the planning and coordination of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including timekeeping and payroll support, human resource functions, preparing orders, verifying delivery and investigating discrepancies of supplies and services, coding invoices and expense claims, coordinating routine facility operations, workload coordination within the administrative support team, and other office duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have five years of progressively responsible secretarial experience, with experience with SAP and administrative experience in a healthcare office being assets. A complete high school education and successful completion of a formal post-secondary administrative assistant program are required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to arrange meetings, transcribe, compile and distribute minutes and agendas, research information, and learn and adapt to new computerized programs. They will also have excellent command of the English language, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize a large workload and independently complete administrative duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality, contributing to a respectful work environment, and participating in workload sharing and coverage within the administrative support team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Five years of progressively responsible secretarial experience
