About the Role:

As an Account Executive at DataStealth, you will be a key member of our Sales team, driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role demands a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, positioning DataStealth's solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific requirements and showcasing the value proposition of DataStealth's products.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and DataStealth.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on client needs and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within DataStealth, ensuring their needs and feedback are considered in ongoing product development and service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales in the cybersecurity or software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
