**The Role**

This is a hybrid role; our office is in Thornhill, ON. Primarily, the role will be remote (work from home), with requirements to attend our office in person for meetings or events a few times each quarter, or as the business requires. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, with some flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet with clients and perform business and technical requirements gathering.
- Conduct gap and fit assessments.
- Create process maps, workflows, and integration plans.
- Author functional specification documents and develop user stories; write product specifications.
- Facilitate and lead meetings and presentations with both clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Establish clear communication channels between internal stakeholders and clients to thoroughly understand business objectives, technology requirements, gaps, and challenges.
- Gain a deep understanding of our client’s high-level business goals, objectives, and challenges to map their journey and recommend tailored solutions to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Strategically configure and design comprehensive and innovative solutions for clients ensuring optimal performance and long-term success.
- Contribute to strategic account planning by identifying and capitalizing on future opportunities.
- Collaborate across various internal teams.
- Work with PMO to maintain active project risk management.
- Provide leadership and coaching to motivate our teams to successful outcomes.
- Assess effectiveness, make solution adjustments as needed.

**Your Experience and Technical Skills Include**:

- 5-8 years of Solution Consulting and/or Business Analyst experience.
- Knowledge and experience in the technology industry is required.
- College or university degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field; technology and/or business background strongly preferred.
- Must have exposure and experience with at least one of the following: Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experienced user of Microsoft 365 programs and platforms, as well as Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Knowledge and understanding of Node Package Manager technologies (NPMs) is preferred, but not required.
- Fundamental understanding of the platforms we work with, including but not limited to Advantage CSP, WordPress, and Sitefinity (.NET and open source _I _PHP based systems) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of all web browsers and different mobile devices, versions, and functionality.
- Thorough understanding of the various aspects of the web product development life cycle.
- Atlassian software knowledge and experience (JIRA, Confluence, Tempo) a huge asset.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML / HTML5 / CSS _I _JavaScript Frameworks.
- Knowledge of responsive & adaptive web design.
- Understanding of compliance requirements
