About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs, while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in a financial services industry is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
