We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager.
This role involves managing and optimizing our website and online store, driving
engagement and sales, and enhancing customer relationships and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Website and E-Commerce Management:
- Maintain and update the Tuck Studio website, ensuring all content is current and
engaging.
- Implement, manage and optimize SEO strategies and content.
- Write and manage blog posts and other content to engage and inform our
audience.
- Oversee the online store, ensuring product listings are accurate and visually
appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team for restocks and new
product launches.
- Optimize the online store, with a focus on customizing to enhance use
experience, including adding, editing, managing product listings, payment
gateways, shipping options, and product tags.
- Ensure store compliance with data protection regulations and security standards.

Digital Marketing:
- Develop and manage campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website and
online store.
- Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, adjusting strategies as
needed to maximize ROI.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns across various
platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all platforms and
social media channels.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of current marketing trends and practices.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring customer data is accurately captured and
maintained.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain
customers, promoting new products, sales, and events.
- Use analytics tools to monitor, interpret and report on key performance indicators
for website traffic, sales, email campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
- Create and present regular reports and actionable insights to the team on key
metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and optimize digital
marketing strategies.
- Oversee the launch of online products to Export to the USA.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information
Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, and SEO.
- Proficiency with WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads, and email marketing
platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of compliance with data protection regulations, security
standards, and privacy policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently
and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and customer data management.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools. Canva an asset.
- Experience creating digital files, writing blog posts, advertising scripts, etc.
