Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Enablement Specialist to join our team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the adoption, training, and support of our Commercial Solutions across all Commercial Teams.
  • Validate data integration and ensure proper maintenance of our Commercial Solutions, including Anaplan.
  • Forecast user licensing usage and manage security profiles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure efficient and effective processes.
Requirements
  • University degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in User Support, Change Management, and Commercial Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
