Job Title: Commercial Industry Solutions Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Industry Solutions Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business development, presales, and solutioning on industry domain topics in various industry segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive business development, presales, and solutioning on industry domain topics in various industry segments.
- Regular engagement with sales and account teams to promote business development.
- Defining and developing industry focus areas, offerings, and solutions for various industry segments in alignment with strategic account needs and industry trends.
- Collaboration with technology and consulting practices to create industry-specific offerings and solutions.
- Establishing an industry ecosystem in partnership with ISVs, hyperscalers, and other technology and service partners.
- Leading industry analyst and advisor engagement and supporting marketing initiatives on industry topics.
- Establishing and leading a small group of industry solution practitioners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience enabling digital transformation in industries such as travel, hospitality, logistics, transportation, retail, and CPG.
- Minimum of 5 years of presales experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of people and team management.
Skills:
- Well-versed in prevailing trends in various industries.
- Experience in defining industry focus areas, creating industry offerings, and GTM solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, industry domain, presales, solutioning, and consultative business development skills.
- Proactive and self-starter with a strong ability to multitask.
- Ability to drive strategic conversations with business stakeholders and C-level executives and drive large transformation deals in industry domain areas.
- Demonstrated success in winning deals.
- Strong understanding of technology and its applications to solve industry and lines of business transformation.
- Ability to devise and execute a strategy.
