Seeking a Security Dispatch Operator to oversee a state-of-the-art healthcare Control Centre, monitoring systems, dispatching staff, and handling various duties.

**Job Title:** Security Dispatch Operator

**Job Description:**

In this key role, you will be responsible for:

* Monitoring and operating numerous systems, including access control, CCTV, and fire and life safety
* Making emergency announcements and answering telephones
* Dispatching calls and assisting in tracking and deployment of security staff
* Handling a variety of dispatch duties, including incident call taking
* Liaising with visitors, clients, and staff
* Managing Lost & Found and facility keys and ID/Access cards
* Issuing Visitor and Contractor badges
* Demonstrating excellent communication, deportment, and customer service skills

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma/GED
* Working knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
* Experience in a supervisory role and dispatching preferred
