Job Title: Security Dispatch Operator

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Dispatch Operator to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the state-of-the-art healthcare Control Centre, monitoring various systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate numerous systems, including access control, CCTV, and fire and life safety.
  • Make emergency overhead announcements and answer telephones to dispatch calls.
  • Assist in tracking and deployment of security staff and handle a variety of dispatch duties, including incident call taking.
  • Liaise with visitors, clients, and staff, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Manage Lost & Found, facility keys, and ID/Access cards, as well as issue Visitor and Contractor badges.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent deportment and presentable, with a strong ability to work in a public-facing role.
  • Working knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and experience in a supervisory role and dispatching.
