Join our team at the University of Northern British Columbia as an Enrolment Services Representative in the Office of the Registrar. This is a regular, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and faculty members in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with recruitment activities, admissions, financial aid, and graduation processes.
- Process registrations, transcript requests, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain websites, assist with travel bookings, and campus tours.
- Organize file room and office supplies, and assist with special projects and event planning.
- Provide coverage for colleagues when required, and contribute to the continual improvement of efficiencies.
Qualifications
- A one-year certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field.
- Two or more years of related work experience in a post-secondary environment within a registrar's office or a student services setting.
- Strong background in applying administrative procedures and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge and experience utilizing reporting tools and relational databases.
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
