Responsabilités principales :
- Développer et maintenir des relations commerciales clés et des partenariats pour augmenter les tarifs, le volume et les revenus de l'entreprise.
- Négocier les tarifs de groupe.
- Développer et générer des contrats de groupe.
- Suivre les propositions et les contrats.
- Structurer la tarification de manière stratégique pour chaque segment de catégorie.
- Comprendre les tendances du marché et de l'économie mondiales.
- Travailler en collaboration avec Marriott International (GSO) et les partenaires commerciaux.
- Participer à des activités industrielles à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.
Compétences et qualifications requises :
- Très fortes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

- Capacité à respecter les délais dans un environnement exigeant.
- Volonté de voyager et disponibilité le soir et les week-ends si nécessaire.
