Position Overview
As a Commercial Account Manager at Shaw, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with commercial customers in the Montreal area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building trust with customers through honesty, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
- Working with architects, designers, and contractors to select the right products for their projects.
- Traveling throughout the assigned area to call on existing customers and prospect new customers.
- Managing customer relationships through CRM tools and following up on leads.
- Building relationships with customers through entertaining and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Working with a team to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Identifying opportunities, selecting products, and specifying orders.
- Coordinating delivery, installation, and punch walks.
- Communicating with customers and resolving issues.
Required Competencies:

- Influencing others to achieve sales goals.
- Executing action plans to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education.
