Position Overview

As a Commercial Account Manager at Shaw, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with commercial customers in the Montreal area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building trust with customers through honesty, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Working with architects, designers, and contractors to select the right products for their projects.
  • Traveling throughout the assigned area to call on existing customers and prospect new customers.
  • Managing customer relationships through CRM tools and following up on leads.
  • Building relationships with customers through entertaining and networking.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Working with a team to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Identifying opportunities, selecting products, and specifying orders.
  • Coordinating delivery, installation, and punch walks.
  • Communicating with customers and resolving issues.

Required Competencies:

  • Building trusting relationships with customers.
  • Influencing others to achieve sales goals.
  • Executing action plans to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Previous sales experience.
