Main Role and Responsibilities:

Our goal is to establish a top-notch business development and marketing function at Kainos, driven by a team of highly skilled professionals collaborating innovatively for our continued growth. We create an inclusive environment where sharing knowledge, learning, and personal growth are encouraged. By adhering to industry best practices, we develop steady sales pipelines for our leading services.

As a Regional Sales Director at Kainos, you'll lead the business development strategy, drive activities in your sector/region, and cultivate a strong network of industry contacts. Leading a high-performing Business Development team, you'll work towards achieving the Digital Services/Workday Business Unit targets and customer initiatives. Your role is vital in shaping the growth and direction of the BU, embedding business development processes, and fostering robust customer relationships.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Business Development Leadership - Develop sector/region-specific strategies, lead teams, and drive revenue generation.
  • Developing Kainos as a Business - Build and maintain a rich pipeline of opportunities for accurate forecasting and achieving sales targets.
  • Being a Trusted Advisor for our Customers - Apply a consultative selling approach, understanding customer needs, and providing creative solutions.
  • Putting Deals Together - Ensure deals align with sales objectives and Kainos' strategy.
  • Building Strategic Partnerships - Establish successful partnerships with businesses in our ecosystem.
  • Negotiating & Managing Stakeholders - Expertly negotiate and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Being an External Kainos Ambassador - Promote Kainos culture and values externally.
  • Working as part of a Team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners.
  • Putting People First & Developing Others - Manage and develop a team, focusing on performance and growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in developing Business Development strategies in the technology industry
  • Leadership skills internally and externally, maintaining a professional image for Kainos
  • Expertise in developing strategies, meeting sales targets, and effective communication across all levels
  • Networking skills, technology awareness, and the ability to operate in competitive environments
  • Strong negotiation skills and a passion for developing individuals

  • Experience in leading high-performing Business Development Teams
