We are seeking a compassionate and professional Client Services Assistant to join our Parkland Cape Breton team. As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
About the Role
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, oral care, skin care, meals, and mobilizing
- Provide social, spiritual, and intellectual activities for residents
- Clean resident rooms, server and household common areas
- Administer resident medications as assigned under the direction of the Resident Services Coordinator/Manager
- Communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to Supervisor
About You
- You have valid post-secondary education in a related field
- You can work a schedule of flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- You can provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening
- We consider any previous course in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care to be an asset
- A valid CPR & First Aid Certification is required
