Team Lead

Join our team at West Edmonton Mall as a Team Lead and play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Team Lead is responsible for linking the leadership team and sales associates by assisting with operational functions, motivating the team to exceed goals, and modeling desired selling and customer service behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist store management with operational functions, including POS management and daily banking procedures
  • Develop and implement action plans to optimize store results and improve operations
  • Conduct new associate onboarding and training, and coach associates on customer service fundamentals
  • Resolve customer service matters and oversee task delegation to team members
  • Communicate performance feedback to store management and ensure team members receive scheduled breaks and meal periods
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience a plus
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and demonstrate leadership among peers
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding a customer-obsessed selling culture
  • Ability to work varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays
