Food Service Worker

As a Food Service Worker with Compass Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every meal meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present meals to a high standard, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Perform essential duties such as food preparation, cooking, and serving, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Adhere to Compass Canada's policies and procedures, including food safety and handling protocols.
- FoodSafe Level 1 Certification.
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is an asset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous food service experience in a healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or fast food setting is considered an asset.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
