We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Guest Attendant to join our team at [Company Name]. As a Guest Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to their care plans
  • Administer medication in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies
  • Provide general housekeeping, laundry, and recreational activities
  • Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to supervisors
  • Document Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) thoroughly
  • Ensure the health and safety of all individuals within the home
  • Assist with dining service and resident admissions/discharges
  • Provide emergency first aid/care until medical attention is available
Qualifications
  • PSW or Health Care Aide Certification preferred
  • Experience in Retirement or long-term care preferred
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of and empathy for the needs of seniors
  • Good understanding of the nursing/health and wellness process
  • Ability to update and maintain knowledge of changing regulations and practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
