Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our housekeeping team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Restock room supplies, including linens, toiletries, and amenities.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including mirrors, windows, and floors.
  • Make beds, change linens, and provide fresh towels as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping team members to achieve daily cleaning goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
