Position Overview: As a key member of our team at EightSix Network, the Event Service Attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service during various functions and gatherings. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during events.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages in our event spaces.
  • Set up and organize banquet facilities for diverse functions.
  • Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash balances.
  • Address guest inquiries and fulfill requests promptly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in food service and cash handling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with event catering and setup is a plus.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Capacity to manage high volumes of service efficiently.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout shifts.
  • Proficiency in French (verbal and written) is beneficial.
