We are seeking a committed professional to become a vital part of our Front Office Team at EightSix Network. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Front Office Agents, Guest Service Attendants, and Valet personnel. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to outstanding customer service will play a crucial role in ensuring a delightful experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and oversee the daily tasks of Front Office Agents, Guest Service Attendants, and Valet staff
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Review daily guest arrivals and address any room-related concerns
  • Guide staff to meet occupancy targets
  • Resolve any account-related disputes and discrepancies
  • Facilitate check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure all departmental equipment is functioning properly
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional assigned duties as required

Requirements

  • Strong focus on achieving results and demonstrating leadership
  • Proven skills in customer service and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Relevant qualifications in Hotel and Hospitality or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain Supervisor Health & Safety certification
