We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Secondary Education: A secondary school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Salary: $28.90/hour.
