  • Build and grow sales in a team environment through effective communication and analysis of competitive data
  • Ensure the sales department has the knowledge, capabilities, and support to meet objectives
  • Lead by example, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks/projects

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years' experience in a leadership role
  • Commitment to learning, with advanced courses and/or a University degree
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, fluent in both oral and written English
  • Proficient with standard office computer software and ERP systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Able to delegate effectively, mentor, and develop others, with high collaboration and interaction with all departments
  • Travel required throughout Ontario and Quebec
  • Able to self-manage time and activities for optimum results
