Retail Store Manager

Scanlon Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Hire, train, and develop staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Authorize payments, manage returns, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimal and meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- 5-10 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
