Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

As a Unit Manager with Compass Canada, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service units, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving financial success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all phases of food preparation, menu planning, and development
  • Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and performing general administrative duties
  • Ensuring compliance with Compass' Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and WHMIS regulations
  • Initiating frequent workplace inspections and WHMIS training of all staff

About You:

  • At least two years of related food service/housekeeping management experience
  • A strong motivator, mentor, and leader with management skills
  • A detail-oriented individual and a strong team player
  • Outstanding client relationship skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
