About the Role

Purolator Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our logistics team to ensure the efficient delivery of our services, including freight and package coordination.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with cash reconciliation, key control, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively with our team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • 3-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • Experience working in a team environment and independently, with a proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability.
