About the Role

Purolator Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our drivers, warehouse staff, and other corporate partners to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our drivers, warehouse staff, and other corporate partners to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Resolve issues related to shipments, equipment, and technology challenges.
  • Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges.
  • Load, scan, log, and call resolution freight.
  • Cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control.
  • Communicate in a positive manner with our team members, customers, and key partners.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals.
  • Professional communication skills, including oral and written communication and listening skills.
