Financial Analyst II

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our Group FP&A team at Intact Financial Corporation.
As a Financial Analyst II, you will play a key role in evaluating the financial performance of our global operations and providing insights to senior management to inform their decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the weekly group forecast and participate in the annual budget process.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to gather updates and analyze data to provide insights.
- Develop and maintain reports to ensure accuracy and provide a comparative view of financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the monthly forecast discussion preparation and support team members in special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Three to five years of finance or accounting experience.
- Working towards a professional designation (an asset).
- Insurance industry experience and modelling skills are an asset.
- Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
