Drive growth strategies for Walmart Connect advertisers in stores, representing customer voice internally and externally, and partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new product program launches at various life cycles, aligning with customer needs and challenges to transform into product features and benefits.
  • Lead development and go-to-market strategy for Walmart Connect advertising solutions, addressing technical and content production considerations.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to develop a deep understanding of market needs by customer segments.
  • Develop and collaborate on GTM strategies and tactics, including positioning, use cases, story narratives, and sales enablement materials.
  • Advocate for customer needs and lead a team of Product Marketing Managers and Program Managers.
Requirements:
  • Deep domain knowledge in advertising, marketing, promotions, or equivalent.
  • Ability to understand objectives and communicate with technical and non-technical partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, 3+ years in digital advertising or B2B software.
  • Expertise in social media advertising, digital media, and related technology ecosystem.
  • Experience in store sampling, demos, and retailtainment.
  • Proven ability to form relationships and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven.
  • Structured and strategic thinking, outcome-focused, and ability to deliver high-quality work.
