Job Summary

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of SaaS solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of markets and buyers, as well as the ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and customer research to gather data about target personas, buyer needs, and the purchasing process for the product/s.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience.
  • Work with business and product leaders to define the market opportunity for product/s and perform segmentation and targeting exercises.
  • Lead product introduction/launch planning, including development and measurement of KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to drive development of a variety of content, including sales decks, solution sheets, customer references, thought leadership, campaign, and other assets.
  • Assist in product naming, pricing, and packaging by providing market, competitive, and customer insights.
  • Provide market intelligence and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies that create demand.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Sales Enablement teams to enable Sales with clear value propositions, messaging, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • 7+ years of Product/Portfolio Marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in Population Health, Health Information Technology, Acute, Payor, and/or other healthcare SaaS solutions.
  • Previous experience managing a small team.
  • Proven ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies and link product launches to organizational themes and goals.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies for creating pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell, and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships.
  • Strong marketing expertise combined with strong business acumen that seeks and acts on market insights, financial performance, and other indicators.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Critical thinker with excellent time management, interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • A 'roll up the sleeves' attitude; a self-starting orientation with the intense drive to 'make things happen.'
  • Team player and strong collaborator with a variety of people and teams. Great at building relationships and maintaining diplomacy in times of stress.
  • Polished professional with an enthusiastic attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments, with an ability to adapt to and help lead change.

Compensation:

$111,000 - $124,000 a year. At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $124,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits.
