Description

The part time Branch Administrator will provide the support, training and assistance to real estate agents allowing our agents to be successful in their role. This individual must be extremely detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and a helping hand. This position is approximately 10-15 hours a week and this candidate must be available to work the Saturday shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full-time staff with daily tasks and front desk operations
  • Receive inbound calls and emails from agents and respond to any general administrative inquiries
  • Provide general guidance to Agents on how to navigate internal systems and processes
  • Sort and distribute received mail and faxes
  • Receive deposit cheques and prepares receipts
  • Process receiving and pick up of back to vendor and return of deposit cheques
  • Complete daily listing validations and review listing paperwork for compliance
  • Process incoming cancellations, suspensions and disclosure requests
  • Assist with creating and posting content on branch and managers social channels
  • Update Realtors information in the Brokerage's internal systems
  • Communicate with full time staff regarding incoming, pending and completed tasks
  • General upkeep of the office and workstations
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate an asset
  • Knowledge of Lonewolf, Brokerwolf, OREB and MLS an asset
  • Knowledge of Social media platforms and experience using them in a work environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills with ability to operate calmly and efficiently
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Independent worker and team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and fine tuned organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a very fast paced office environment
