Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Join our team as a Store Operations Manager at Walmart, where you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the management of store operations and leading Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Job Summary:

As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of Department 40, including receiving and processing stock, maintaining inventory integrity, and handling basic point-of-sale transactions.
  • Provide and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring that Associates complete required certification and licensing programs and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Division 1 Management to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all store operations are conducted in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
