We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Over-the-Counter Department Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end operations of the OTC Pharmacy Department, including receiving and processing stock, maintaining inventory levels, and handling point-of-sale transactions.
- Provide a safe working environment for associates, ensuring that all necessary certifications and training programs are completed and that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with division management and other stakeholders to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
