Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fire & Safety Junior Project Technologist to join our team at our Mount Pearl operation. As a key member of our fire and safety services business development and technical delivery teams, you will be responsible for supporting the quoting, planning, and execution of fire and safety systems solutions for our clients throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update customer certification portals
  • Prepare documentation for client review
  • Expedite document submission from vendors and clients
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing project reports
  • Develop and maintain a register of client comments and responses
  • Coordinate project documentation and ensure contractual commitments are met
  • Record keeping and document control functions
  • Managing information flow
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Management role or Fire and Safety industry
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Technology, Fire Protection Engineering Technology, or related field
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplined environment
