About the Opportunity: Reporting to the Manager, the Team Leader will coordinate and supervise the operation of community-based mental health and addiction services programs, ensuring the provision of comprehensive services to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the operation of community-based mental health and addiction services programs
- Provide clinical supervision and support to multi-disciplinary teams
- Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve service delivery
- Lead the team in client-centered decision making, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- Develop and maintain relationships with local inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services and agencies
About You: We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Social Work, licensed with the applicable body, and three years of experience in mental health and addiction intervention.
