**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of customers by maintaining clean and well-manicured outdoor spaces
  • Communicate effectively with site associates and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform daily tasks, including snow removal, lawn maintenance, and trash removal
  • Complete customer requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all outdoor spaces, including parking lots, fences, and building exteriors, are well-maintained and free of debris
  • Participate in spring and fall clean-up activities, including leaf removal and garden maintenance
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and high-quality work
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Remove heavy furniture, garbage, and appliances from suites and around sites as required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Area Coordinator

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of landscaping experience, with a focus on customer service and quality workmanship
  • Minor mechanical experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of French, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Dedicated to building better communities for all customers and surrounding communities
  • Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions, and to follow through
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with other associates in a team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and be flexible in nature
  • Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to success
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and assertiveness
  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
  • Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment

  • Valid class 5 driver's license
  • Vehicle required
