Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail oriented MRP Contracts Analyst to manage contracts related to the materials resource planning (MRP) process for our client in Lloydminster, AB. In this role you will manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) agreements to ensure materials are available for operations, maintenance, and other business areas in Western Canada. The goal is to enhance efficiency and meet demand through effective supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain MRP agreements in SAP by updating relevant records and profiles.
  • Analyze purchase history for new supplier agreements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage contracts in SAP and Ariba.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Work with internal teams to manage costs, validate materials, and assess supplier performance.
  • Prepare reports on material usage, cost savings, and procurement statistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and business conduct standards.
Qualifications:
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning and contract management.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with ERP systems like SAP and Ariba.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry (preferred ).
