French Speaking Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team at Scholar's Choice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for following up with new leads, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports Scholar's Choice Mission by inspiring communication, integrity, and passion.
- Work alongside members of the Sales and Marketing team to review sales metrics and identify sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the Scholar's Choice brand, products, offers, and promotions.
- Manage and execute the sale process for specific campaigns.
- Qualify new leads, make outbound calls, and understand customer needs.
- Follow up on leads and provide customers with information, including product details, offers, and promotions.
- Offer support to outside sales reps as required.
- Work with the outside sales team to establish relationships and assist with repeat purchases.
- Provide customer support, help customers navigate the website, create carts, answer questions, and send additional information via email.
- Develop strategies and translate them into specific priorities, objectives, and action plans.
- Manage time, projects, processes, and resources to produce desired outcomes.
- Create and maintain the CRM database to ensure customer information is current and up-to-date.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- College diploma or University degree required.
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Clear communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to process information well.
- People-oriented and experienced in rapport building.
- Ability to sell and promote.
- Working knowledge of various technology and software programs (Hubspot and Eclipse).
- Strong product knowledge.
- Excellent time management.
