The Inside Sales Representative is a critical member of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional sales and service. You will consult with new and existing customers to identify opportunities and provide solutions to meet their plastics needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding sales and service
- Generate quotes, process orders, and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide information about our products and services to inquiring customers
- Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts to identify opportunities and decision makers
- Collaborate with office and warehouse team members to ensure accurate order processing
- Work with the outside sales force to increase market share and assist with inventory management based on customer needs
- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in an active, team-selling environment with changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- High level of honesty and integrity
- High School Diploma or GED required (Preferred) - BA or BS Degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, etc.) or substantial equivalent business experience
