Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on the latest products and services.
- Proven retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
