As a Strategy Manager you will be part of the North American Strategic Development team focusing on the Canadian market. In your role, you will work on and own a broad-spectrum of key projects that are critical to the future of Skip ranging from regional strategy, strategic planning, growth strategies and pricing. You will work very closely with Senior leaders in the organisation and the Stakeholder Operations teams to create a clear and concise plan for Skip to win the market.

What's On Your Plate

  • Work with senior leaders to develop Skip's medium and long term strategy, and communicating the plan to all stakeholders involved including Skip's executive team
  • Lead and collaborate on a number of cross functional strategic projects and programs that are high impact for Skips success
  • Conduct market and competitive research tracking to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that will enable Skip's growth
  • Prepare and present executive level recommendations to highlight progress, risks, opportunities, and key decisions
  • Identify and prepare company level OKRs and work with appropriate teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and measurement

Recipe For Success

  • Relevant experience - you have 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Investment Banking/Private Equity.
  • Proven ownership - you have a proven track record
  • of driving change.
  • Strategic thinker - you can think broadly in the context of the wider organization and North American market.
  • Project manager / Stakeholder Management - you are able to build coalitions across the organization and oversee complex project management including stakeholders outside of your direct reports
  • Effective communicator - you can tell a compelling story to a broad range of executive and Board level audiences.
  • Compelling storyteller - you can marshal data, review analysis, and refine presentation materials to efficiently and effectively make your case to multiple stakeholders across Skip.
